Where can I find the technical information for my rented machine(s)?

All technical information and manuals can be found on the machine itself. Additionally, in many cases, we provide technical datasheets on the product page of our website.

Are usage statistics available?

We can provide you with savings cards upon request. Send us a message at rental@thegreenrentals.com, and we will ensure you receive the savings card as soon as possible.

My machine doesn't seem to be working, what should I do?

Contact us at +31(0) 299 – 41 44 89. We can offer phone assistance, send a technician, or quickly replace the machine.

Renting from the green rentals

How does reserving products work?

We are happy to assist you personally. Send us an email at rental@thegreenrentals.com or call us at +31(0) 299 – 41 66 41, and let us know which products you wish to rent and for what period. Afterward, we will provide you with availability and a non-binding quote.

What are the rental terms and conditions?

Our services/product deliveries always occur under the applicability of our general rental terms and conditions. You can read our general terms and conditions here.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No, you do not need to pay a deposit.

Is my rented equipment insured?

The generators are insured under certain conditions. You can read about these conditions in the general rental terms and conditions.

How much do I pay for a full tank?

The Green Rentals delivers all machines ready for use with a full tank of diesel. The consumed fuel is calculated and charged afterward based on the current fuel price.

You are closed on weekends, but I want to rent on the weekend, is that possible?

Certainly. If you pick up the machine on Friday and return it on Monday, you will be charged for a half-week.

Can I rent today?

Yes, you can. To rent today, please contact us by phone at +31(0)299 – 41 66 41 to coordinate and check availability.

Payment transactions

What payment options are available?

Payment is made through invoicing.

What additional costs can I expect?

Some costs may only be settled after the rental period, such as transportation, fuel, and return and cleaning costs.


Delivery

How does on-site delivery work?

The Green Rentals can, for an additional fee, bring the rented equipment to your work location in consultation with you. During the reservation, you can provide us with the location, contact information of the on-site person, and a preferred time slot.

What is the cost of on-site delivery?

The costs are always provided as an estimate by a The Green Rentals staff member and are indicative. Transportation costs are based on the distance to be traveled and the size of the equipment.

Reporting a malfunction

My machine has a malfunction, what can I do?

Call us at +31(0) 299 – 41 44 89. We may be able to offer a solution over the phone. If not, we will determine whether to send a technician or quickly replace the machine.

I have questions about my invoice.

What is a savings card?

The savings card provides a comprehensive overview of the consumption and savings of the rented generator. It includes information such as how much fuel and CO2 you have saved.

How can I get a savings card?

We can send you the savings card upon request. Send us a message at rental@thegreenrentals.com, and we will ensure you receive the savings card as soon as possible.
